I love World Party and I was really glad to see Karl Wallinger playing live again at SXSW this year. Back around 1997, I saw them on their last real U.S. tour and I can honestly say that the only performer that's ever impressed me more with the sheer range and intensity of his musical talents was Prince... and Prince is a much better dancer... ;)
Anyway, after suffering some health issues which nearly took his life, Wallinger's back with the U.S. release of "Dumbing Up". You can see the video for the first single "What Does It Mean Now?" here...
