From my fingertips to your eyes...

The Money Shot: "Neither DATA nor Bono are involved in these (fund-raisers), and they cannot be controlled. The U2 concerts are categorically not fund-raisers for any politician - they are rock concerts for U2 fans."

Wilco to Play Katrina Benefit, Push Back Live Album
The Money Shot: Wilco's John Stirratt said in a press release, "The city is so vulnerable now, and with so much money being directed there, we need to avoid unnecessary loss in architecture and musical culture."

Coldplay Admits to Cross-Dressing?
The Money Shot: "We've everything to prove and we've finished phase one of Coldplay and now we're going to enter phase two, which could be the Abba phase it could be the transvestite phase, who knows, but it'll definitely be good."

Full Frontal Strokes?
The Money Shot: "We're doing a live performance at a radio station [in the video], which will be broadcast all across New York," he explained. "There might be full-frontal nudity. MTV will not play this video because it's so controversial, [but] it will be groundbreaking."

Sufjan Stevens is Roadtrippin'
The Money Shot: "I think the road trip is the quintessential American vacation. The automobile is the centre of gravity for Americans. We do a lot of flying and going overseas more, but there's still so much driving. I come from a working class family and we didn't have the money to go overseas or even out of the state, necessarily. Our road trip every year was to Wawa, [Ontario] in Canada or we would drive from upstate to Detroit or to Windsor, [Ontario], where we had family. We just loved getting in the car and seeing things at 65 miles per hour. I think it's an important experience as an American."

Flaming Lips Wrap Up Movie
The Money Shot: "I'm thinking of taking it to theaters and having it be an experience where we bring in giant sound systems, smoke machines, Christmas lights, s*** falls on you from the ceiling and you can smoke pot and do whatever you want."

And just because I wanted to write this headline...

Britney Removes Her Bra
The Money Shot: "This bra was worn by me during promotion of my HBO special, however it is not the one I wore on stage during the 'Baby One More Time' performance. I feel the correct thing to do is remove this item from the auction because I don't want any of you to feel misled."
